Trading Cards, Collectibles and Sealed Products
Trading cards and collectible products may vary in condition, packaging, manufacturing quality, print quality and contents.
For sealed trading card products, we do not guarantee specific card pulls, chase cards, hit rates, card grades, card condition inside sealed packaging or resale value unless expressly stated.
Opened sealed products generally cannot be returned for change of mind because we cannot verify their original condition, contents or resale suitability once opened.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We may accept or reject an order at our discretion where permitted by law.
We may cancel, refund or refuse an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- There is a pricing, inventory or product listing error
- Your payment cannot be processed
- Your order appears fraudulent, suspicious or high risk
- Your shipping information is incomplete or incorrect
- We are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable reason
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund for the affected items using the original payment method where possible.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without notice.
Payment is processed through Shopify checkout and the payment providers enabled on our store. BC Protectors does not directly store full payment card details.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.
Discounts, Promotions and Store Credit
Discounts, promotions, coupon codes and store credit may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, exclusions or minimum spend requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may modify, suspend or cancel promotions at any time, where permitted by law.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, release periods, weather events, incorrect address details or other factors outside our control.
Risk in the products may pass to you once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Preorders
We may offer preorder products from time to time. Preorder release dates, arrival dates and fulfilment dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier, distributor, manufacturer, shipping or customs delays.
If your order contains preorder items and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated or arranged with us.
Preorder cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or if you no longer want the item.
We may choose to assist with a change-of-mind return or exchange in some situations at our discretion, provided the item is unused, unopened, in original condition and returned within a reasonable time. Approval is not guaranteed.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item, packaging and outer parcel where relevant.
