BC Protectors ships trading cards, collectibles and collector supplies across Australia. We pack orders carefully to help protect your items in transit.
Order Processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched as soon as possible during business days. During busy release periods, preorder periods, sales events or high-volume launches, dispatch may take longer.
If your order contains preorder items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently focus on shipping within Australia. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
Shipping costs may vary depending on parcel size, weight, location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been collected or lodged with the carrier.
Packaging
We take care when packing trading cards, sealed products and collector supplies. Orders may be packed using protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, cardboard protection, bubble wrap, mailers or boxes depending on the type of product ordered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order. BC Protectors is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been packed or dispatched.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection or another carrier-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer parcel
- Photos of the packaging materials
- Photos of any damaged items
This helps us review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on location, carrier volume, weather events, public holidays and other factors outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period of time, contact us and we can help review the issue where possible.
