BC Protectors is an Australian store focused on trading cards, collectibles and collector supplies. We stock sealed products, accessories and protection supplies for collectors.
What do you sell?
We sell trading card products, collectibles and collector supplies, including products for Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, Flesh and Blood and more.
Are you based in Australia?
Yes. BC Protectors is an Australian store and we ship orders across Australia.

Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart, proceed to checkout and complete your payment through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed, fulfilled or dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. If your order has already been packed, fulfilled or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email using the email address entered at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently focus on shipping within Australia. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, cart contents, parcel size, weight and available shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, carrier volume, public holidays and other factors outside our control.
Do you provide tracking?
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout after your order has been dispatched.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
Preorders
Do you offer preorders?
We may offer preorders for selected products. Preorder details, estimated release dates and relevant conditions will be shown on the product page where applicable.
When will my preorder ship?
Preorders usually ship after stock arrives and the order is ready to be fulfilled. Release dates and arrival dates may change due to supplier, distributor or manufacturer delays.
If I order preorder and in-stock items together, will they ship separately?
If your order contains preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page or arranged with us.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorder cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with a preorder.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Returns are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or if you no longer want the item. We may choose to assist in some situations at our discretion.
Can I return opened trading card products?
Opened sealed trading card products generally cannot be returned for change of mind. This is because we cannot verify the original condition, contents or resale suitability once sealed products have been opened.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at business@bcprotectors.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item, packaging and parcel.

Are your products authentic?
We aim to source products from trusted suppliers and distributors. Product availability may vary depending on release schedules and supplier stock.
Do you sell trading card protection supplies?
Yes. BC Protectors focuses on collector supplies such as sleeves, top loaders, card holders, storage and other accessories where available.
Are product images always exact?
Product images are used to help represent the item. Packaging, artwork, language, edition, contents or product details may vary depending on the exact product listing. Always check the product title and description before ordering.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on your Shopify Payments, PayPal and other enabled payment settings.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
